FHEPS stop paying rent after a year. During the year they didn’t pay it correctly. I got different checks every month and the amounts didn’t add up to the amount of the rent. You can’t charge late fees but the rent is late every month. My advice to any landlord is to not accept any person who wants to rent your property using the FHEPS program. Joseph
