I was going to rent to a FHEPS tenant. They took so long to process the paperwork that I loss 2 months of rent. I wasn’t able to rent to the tenant because of the FHEPS program delays. From what I’m hearing about FHEPS rental voucher I dodged a bullet. Avoid Avoid Avoid as a landlord.
